I always like to meet the Bride & Groom prior to their wedding day…..
During their visit to Maui to finalize the wedding plans, Valerie and Michael invited me to take their engagement photos.
Have fun and I will see you soon. Aloha!

Gotta love the Blackberry!
Here are a few more of my favorites.
Congratulations Lana and Aaron! Thanks for sharing your day with me, Aloha!

The couple, who both are in the medical profession, took time from their busy schedule to enjoy the week at the gorgeous Four Seasons Resort Maui.
Gia’s hair was perfect. Mira did another amazing job.
Congratulations Gia and Vikram. Thank you for including me on your special day!

My first car back in the 80s was an orange Toyota Celica and ever since then, “orange” has been my favorite color. This bouquet was right up my alley! High five to Asa Flowers.
Linda was stuning! You’re a lucky guy Steven.
They could not hide from us…. Linda and Steven choose to have both Bill and I photograph their day.
Bill captured this moment durning the couple’s amazing first dance.
Linda’s performance during the reception was flawless. The flower girl, of course, wanted a front row seat.
Thank you for including us on your special day. Best Wishes and Aloha!

Can you believe how fast she is growing??
The stunning Ocean Front Lawn at The Four Seasons Resort Maui was the location for Gianna and PJ’s celebration.
Country Bouquet, Hawaii Video Memories, DJ Dan Viola and Dan Sanches Salon were the talented group of artists whom Denise Black, wedding planner, assembled to complete the couple’s vision.
Congratulations Gianna and PJ! It was Bill and my pleasure to be part of your celebration. Aloha!

After the ceremony at the Church, the couple had a Hawaiian blessing on the beach.
Fran and Rhonda of A Royal Hawaiian Affair coordinated all the details of a day of celebration.
Congratulation Chrissy, Matt and Micah! Thanks for including me on your special day. Aloha!

Erin walked up behind Jack and without saying a word, they just held hands. She didn’t want him to see her in her wedding dress but they wanted to share a special moment together before the ceremony….how sweet!
Erin’s father introduced her to Jack at a friend’s wedding.
On average, I produce 100 images for every hour of coverage.
Above are some more of my favorites!
Thanks for sharing your day with me! Aloha.
I was asked the other day if I was “known” as the“Trash the Dress Photographer”.
Well, I absolutely love to shoot a “Trash the Dress” event….but, I’m better “known” as the photographer who is fun, easy to work with, and who takes beautiful images.
The idea of a “Trash the Dress” shoot is NOT for everyone. It doesn’t matter where I am shooting, my photography always reflect the personality of the couple.
For today…I was super lucky to call the beach “my studio”!
Thank you, Tatyana and Eral, for sharing your joy with me. Enjoy your honeymoon! Aloha.

Before Kainani was born, Kimi and I were often asked what name we had chose for her. There were some names on our list, but we wanted to meet her first and see what name would best fit. During Kainani’s first bath at the hospital, we learned the calming effect water had on our baby.
Kainani is the name we chose and in Hawaiian, it means Beautiful Ocean.
